Terms of Service

These terms apply to calaroavenue.shop and to every order placed with Calaro Avenue.

1. Who we are

Calaro Avenue is an online retailer selling Decorative mirrors and glassware. We are an online-only retailer and do not operate a customer-facing showroom. Business & order fulfilment address: GNT Market, 125/A, Dhar Rd, Gurunanak Timber Market, Indore, Madhya Pradesh 452002, India.

2. Product information

Product pages describe outside dimensions, frame material, piece count and vase height from the information available to us. Gold and brass finishes photograph brighter than they read on a wall, and hand-applied colour varies piece to piece.

3. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may decline an order that is out of stock, obviously mispriced, or bound for a PIN code our couriers do not serve, and we refund it in full.

4. Prices, payment and tax

Prices are in Indian Rupees and may change without affecting orders already confirmed. Payment is by UPI or Cash on Delivery. Applicable delivery charges are shown before checkout is completed. We are a small online retailer currently below the applicable GST registration threshold, so the business is not registered for GST, GST is not charged separately, no tax is added at checkout, and we cannot issue a GST tax invoice bearing a GSTIN.

5. Delivery, returns and cancellation

Governed by the Shipping, Return & Refund and Cancellation policies, which form part of these terms. Delivery windows are estimates.

6. Safe use

Use a wall fixing rated for the weight of the frame rather than a picture hook, keep a mirror out of a line of direct sun on a fabric surface, and lift glass by the frame rather than the edge.

7. Using this site

Please do not copy our photographs or page text for another store, interfere with the site, or place fraudulent orders.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits any consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Indian law. Where permitted by law, our liability for a product-related claim is limited to the amount paid for the affected product. We provide no additional warranty through our store.

8b. Warranties

To the extent permitted by applicable Indian law, and without limiting any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, goods are supplied without any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose beyond what the product page states. We add no store warranty of our own; where a manufacturer warranty is stated on a product page it applies on its own terms and is claimed from that manufacturer. Nothing here removes a statutory right you cannot contract out of.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 (IT Act 2000) and the rules made under it, the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (CPA 2019) together with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act 2023). Subject to mandatory consumer rights and applicable jurisdiction rules, courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh will have jurisdiction. No law of any country outside India applies to these terms.
