Everything on this page applies to every order placed on calaroavenue.shop. We are an online-only retailer and do not operate a customer-facing showroom.
Delivery charges
- Free delivery on orders of ₹999 and above.
- Flat ₹49 on orders below that value.
- Cash on Delivery is available for eligible orders and PIN codes, with no additional COD fee.
Product price is shown on the product page. Applicable delivery charges are shown before checkout is completed.

Packing
Mirrors travel face-to-face with foam between them inside a corner-braced carton; vases are individually wrapped and boxed upright. Please check the parcel before signing for it and note any damage on the delivery sheet.

Tracking and failed delivery
- A tracking number is emailed when the parcel is dispatched; it can take up to a day to show its first scan.
- Addresses can be corrected only before dispatch.
- If the courier cannot deliver after three attempts, the parcel returns to us. We refund the goods; delivery charges already spent are not refunded.
